The Taylor Ducks basketball team scored 55 points and limited the visiting Lampasas Badgers to 17 in the Ducks league triumph on Wednesday.

The Ducks now possess a 11-16 record. They play next when they host Jarrell for a 4A Region III District 24 game on Friday, January 24. Taylor will confront a Cougars team coming off a 66-65 league win over Salado (Salado, TX). The Cougars record now stands at 24-6.

With the loss, Lampasas falls to 10-17 on the campaign. The Badgers host Marble Falls (Marble Falls, TX) to confront the Mustangs in a 4A Region III District 24 game on Friday, January 24. The Mustangs go into the game with a record of 7-21. Marble Falls lost 63-24 in their recent league game against Jarrell (Jarrell, TX)
