January 22, 2025: Brattleboro, VT 05301 Brattleboro Bears (Brattleboro, VT) fans exited the stadium happy Wednesday as they observed their ice hockey squad achieve victory over the visiting Missisquoi Valley Thunderbirds (Swanton, VT), 8-0 in a league game.
With the win, Brattleboro improves its record to 6-4 on the year. The Bears travel to Stowe (Stowe, VT) to clash with the Raiders in a game on Saturday, January 25. The Raiders enter the game with a record of 2-9. Stowe won 6-3 in their recent league game against Woodstock (Woodstock, VT)
The Thunderbirds now sport a 5-4 record. They play next when they host Burlington for a game on Saturday, January 25. Missisquoi Valley will clash with a Seahorses squad coming off a 4-3 league win over Mt. Mansfield (Jericho, VT). The Seahorses record now stands at 4-6.
