Florida High School Soccer - Cypress Lake nudges Island Coast
January 22, 2025: Cape Coral, FL 33909 Fans at Wednesday's non-league battle between the Cypress Lake Panthers (Fort Myers, FL) and the host Island Coast Gators (Cape Coral, FL), saw Cypress Lake's soccer squad hold off Island Coast by a count of 2-1.
The Panthers (5-15) will now prepare for their battle against DeSoto County (Arcadia, FL). The Bulldogs enter the non-league battle with a 8-8 record. In their last battle, DeSoto County tipped Hardee (Wauchula, FL), 1-0, in a non-league battle.
