January 23, 2023: Balsam Lake, WI 54810 Fans at Monday's league challenge between the Unity Eagles (Balsam Lake, WI) and the visiting Northwood Evergreens (Minong, WI), saw Unity's basketball squad wallop Northwood by a tally of 52-29.
With the victory, Unity improves its record to 13-0 on the campaign. The Eagles host Siren (Siren, WI) to play the Dragons in a Lakeland - West challenge on Tuesday, January 24. The Dragons come into the challenge with a record of 7-4. Siren won 53-48 in their recent league challenge against Turtle Lake (Turtle Lake, WI)
Next up, the Evergreens play the Clear Lake Warriors (Clear Lake, WI) in a Lakeland - West challenge, on Tuesday, January 24. Northwood will attempt to improve on its 5-8 season record. The Warriors come into the challenge with a 7-6 record after their 61-49 league win over Luck (Luck, WI).
