California High School Basketball - Escondido Adventist Academy overwhelms Foothills Christian
January 23, 2023: Escondido, CA 92029 Fans at Monday's league challenge between the Escondido Adventist Academy Hawks (Escondido, CA) and the visiting Foothills Christian Knights (El Cajon, CA), saw Escondido Adventist Academy's basketball squad wallop Foothills Christian by a tally of 46-22.
With the victory, Escondido Adventist Academy improves its record to 8-5 on the campaign. The Hawks host Guajome Park Academy (Vista, CA) to play the Frogs in a Ocean challenge on Tuesday, January 24. The Frogs come into the challenge with a record of 5-7. Guajome Park Academy lost 53-25 in their recent league challenge against Rock Academy (San Diego, CA)
Next up, the Knights play the Del Lago Academy Firebirds (Escondido, CA) in a Ocean challenge, on Friday, January 27. Foothills Christian will attempt to improve on its 3-11 season record. The Firebirds come into the challenge with a 9-6 record after their 23-20 league win over Coastal Academy (Oceanside, CA).
