Iowa High School Basketball - Highland falls to Sigourney
January 23, 2023: Riverside, IA 52327 In Monday's non-league match, the visiting Sigourney Savages basketball team scored a good 34-20 triumph over the Highland Huskies.
In their next game, the Savages meet the English Valleys Bears (North English, IA) in a South Iowa Cedar match, on Tuesday, January 24. Sigourney will attempt to move on its 10-7 season record.
With the defeat, Highland moves to 7-9 on the year. The Huskies host Wapello (Wapello, IA) to meet the Indians in a SEI - North match on Friday, January 27. The Indians enter the match with a record of 6-9.
