January 23, 2023: Elmhurst, IL 60126 In Monday's non-league outing, the York Dukes (Elmhurst, IL) basketball squad overwhelmed the visiting Lake Park Lancers (Roselle, IL), by a margin of 55-28.
The Dukes (18-5) will now prepare for their outing against Oak Park-River Forest (Oak Park, IL). The Huskies go into the West Suburban - Silver outing with a 0-22 record. In their last outing, Oak Park-River Forest was trounced by New Trier (Winnetka, IL), 52-24, in a non-league outing.
The Lancers now own a 12-11 record. They play next when they travel to Wheaton North for a DuKane outing on Thursday, January 26. Lake Park will encounter a Falcons squad coming off a 63-30 league loss to St. Charles North (St. Charles, IL). The Falcons record now stands at 12-11.
