Georgia High School Basketball - North Hall nudges Union County
January 23, 2023: Gainesville, GA 30506 North Hall Trojans (Gainesville, GA) followers went home content Monday as they observed their basketball team nudge the visiting Union County Panthers (Blairsville, GA), 55-49 in a non-league game.
In their next game, the Trojans face the Johnson Knights (Gainesville, GA) in a AAAA Region 8A game, on Tuesday, January 24. North Hall will attempt to move on its 15-5 season record. The Knights enter the game with a 1-16 record after their 69-23 league loss to Cherokee Bluff (Flowery Branch, GA).
With the defeat, Union County moves to 11-9 on the year. The Panthers host East Jackson (Commerce, GA) to face the Eagles in a AA Region 8 game on Wednesday, January 25.
