The Norton Panthers (Norton, OH) basketball crushed the visiting Springfield Spartans (Akron, OH), 56-22 in Monday's league test.

The Panthers (11-6) will now prepare for their test against Field (Mogadore, OH). The Falcons go into the Metro test with a 10-8 record. In their last test, Field was trounced by Streetsboro (Streetsboro, OH), 64-44, in a league test.
