Louisiana High School Basketball - Acadiana Renaissance Charter Academy knocked off by Ascension Episcopal
January 23, 2024: Lafayette, LA 70501 The Ascension Episcopal basketball team scored 54 points and held the visiting Acadiana Renaissance Charter Academy Eagles to 37 in the league triumph on Tuesday.
The now sport a 12-13 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to West St. Mary for a 2A District 8 contest on Friday, January 26. Ascension Episcopal will meet a Wolfpack team coming off a 67-22 league win over Delcambre (Delcambre, LA). The Wolfpack record now stands at 11-6.
The Eagles (7-15) will now prepare for their contest against Franklin (Franklin, LA). The Hornets enter the 2A District 8 contest with a 14-6 record. In their last contest, Franklin ran past Loreauville (Loreauville, LA), 61-59, in a league contest.
