North Charleston Cougars (North Charleston, SC) backers were in high spirits Tuesday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the visiting Battery Creek Dolphins (Beaufort, SC), 64-34 in a league bout.

With the win, North Charleston upgrades its record to 13-8 on the season. The Cougars host Hanahan (Hanahan, SC) to clash with the Hawks in a AAA Region 8 bout on Friday, January 26. The Hawks go into the bout with a record of 6-13. Hanahan lost 50-33 in their recent league bout against Beaufort (Beaufort, SC)

Next up, the Dolphins clash with the Beaufort Eagles (Beaufort, SC) in a AAA Region 8 bout, on Friday, January 26. Battery Creek will attempt to upgrade on its 8-9 season record. The Eagles go into the bout with a 8-9 record after their 59-58 league loss to Philip Simmons (Charleston, SC).
