With the victory, Central Valley improves its record to 11-4 on the campaign. The Cougars host Heartland Lutheran (Grand Island, NE) to confront the Red Hornets in a non-league challenge on Thursday, January 25. The Red Hornets come into the challenge with a record of 4-11. Heartland Lutheran lost 44-14 in their recent non-league challenge against Red Cloud (Red Cloud, NE)

Next up, the Wolfpack confront the Humphrey/Lindsay Holy Family (Humphrey, NE) in a non-league challenge, on Thursday, January 25. Elgin/Pope John will attempt to improve on its 8-6 season record.
