With the victory, Daniel Boone improves its record to 7-8 on the campaign. The Trailblazers host Dobyns-Bennett (Kingsport, TN) to play the Indians in a 4A District 1 challenge on Friday, January 26. The Indians come into the battle with a record of 8-9. Dobyns-Bennett lost 54-48 in their recent league battle against Science Hill (Johnson City, TN)
The Trojans (9-8) will now prepare for their battle against Morristown-Hamblen East (Morristown, TN). The Hurricanes come into the 4A District 2 battle with a 17-5 record. In their last battle, Morristown-Hamblen East edged Tennessee (Bristol, TN), 79-65, in a non-league battle.
