Ohio High School Basketball - Lorain tops Maple Heights
January 23, 2024: Lorain, OH 44052 Fans at Tuesday's league challenge between the Lorain Titans (Lorain, OH) and the visiting Maple Heights Mustangs (Maple Heights, OH), saw Lorain's basketball squad knock off Maple Heights by a tally of 55-45.
With the victory, Lorain improves its record to 6-7 on the campaign. The Titans travel to Garfield Heights (Garfield Heights, OH) to play the Bulldogs in a Lake Erie challenge on Thursday, January 25. The Bulldogs come into the challenge with a record of 16-0. Garfield Heights won 75-36 in their recent league challenge against Shaw (East Cleveland, OH)
Next up, the Mustangs play the Warrensville Heights Tigers (Warrensville, OH) in a Lake Erie challenge, on Friday, January 26. Maple Heights will attempt to improve on its 7-9 season record.
