January 23, 2024: Sidney, TX 76474 The Sidney Eagles basketball team scored 51 points and restricted the visiting Mullin Bulldogs to 31 in the Eagles league victory on Tuesday.
The Eagles now sport a 9-12 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Blanket for a 1A Region III District 18 contest on Friday, January 26. Sidney will battle a Tigers team coming off a 45-36 league loss to Zephyr (Zephyr, TX). The Tigers record now stands at 6-6.
The Bulldogs (3-15) will now prepare for their contest against Blanket (Blanket, TX). The Tigers come into the 1A Region III District 18 contest with a 6-6 record.
