St. Anthony Yellowjackets (San Antonio, TX) backers were pleased Tuesday as they saw their basketball squad hold off the host Saint Mary's Hall Barons (San Antonio, TX), 62-60 in a league bout.

With the victory, St. Anthony upgrades its record to 14-12 on the campaign. The Yellowjackets host St. Joseph (Victoria, TX) to play the Flyers in a TAPPS 5A District 4 bout on Friday, January 26. The Flyers come into the bout with a record of 6-9. St. Joseph lost 49-38 in their recent league bout against St. Joseph Academy (Brownsville, TX)
