Oklahoma High School Basketball - Salina ripped by Sequoyah
January 23, 2024: Salina, OK 74365 The Sequoyah Eagles basketball team scored 82 points and held the host Salina Wildcats to 42 in the Eagles league triumph on Tuesday.
The Eagles now sport a 13-1 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Kansas for a Five Lakes contest on Friday, January 26. Sequoyah will meet a Comets team coming off a 47-30 non-league win over Vinita (Vinita, OK). The Comets record now stands at 11-4.
The Wildcats (4-12) will now prepare for their contest against Adair (Adair, OK). The Warriors enter the Five Lakes contest with a 7-8 record. In their last contest, Adair was routed by Inola (Inola, OK), 52-29, in a league contest.
