Fans at Tuesday's league challenge between the East Tigers (Columbus, OH) and the visiting Beechcroft Cougars (Columbus, OH), saw East's basketball squad hold off Beechcroft by a tally of 41-36.

With the victory, East improves its record to 6-3 on the campaign. The Tigers travel to Africentric Early College (Columbus, OH) to confront the Nubians in a non-league challenge on Monday, January 29. The Nubians come into the challenge with a record of 2-1.
