With the victory, Benjamin Russell upgrades its record to 4-9 on the campaign. The Wildcats host Chilton County (Clanton, AL) to play the Tigers in a 6A Area 5 challenge on Thursday, January 25. The Tigers come into the challenge with a record of 17-9. Chilton County lost 46-41 in their recent non-league challenge against Marbury (Marbury, AL)
Next up, the Eagles play the John Carroll Catholic Cavaliers (Birmingham, AL) in a non-league challenge, on Thursday, January 25. Calera will attempt to upgrade on its 5-20 season record. The Cavaliers come into the challenge with a 12-11 record after their 68-41 league loss to Wenonah (Birmingham, AL).
