North Carolina High School Basketball - West Cabarrus trounced by Hickory Ridge

The Hickory Ridge Ragin' Bulls routed the visiting West Cabarrus Wolverines basketball team by a final score of 61-35 in Tuesday's league game.

In their next game, the Ragin' Bulls face the Lake Norman Wildcats (Mooresville, NC) in a 4A Greater Metro game, on Thursday, January 25. Hickory Ridge will attempt to move on its 15-2 season record. The Wildcats enter the game with a 15-1 record after their 74-27 league win over Mooresville (Mooresville, NC).

With the defeat, West Cabarrus moves to 9-8 on the season. The Wolverines host South Iredell (Statesville, NC) to encounter the Vikings in a 4A Greater Metro test on Friday, January 26.
