California High School Basketball - Gunn nips Los Altos
January 23, 2024: Los Altos, CA 94022 Fans at Tuesday's league challenge between the Gunn Titans (Palo Alto, CA) and the host Los Altos Eagles (Los Altos, CA), saw Gunn's basketball squad hold off Los Altos by a count of 55-53.
With the victory, Gunn upgrades its record to 5-4 on the campaign. The Titans host Basis Independent Silicon Valley (San Jose, CA) to play the Bobcats in a non-league challenge on Saturday, January 27. The Bobcats come into the challenge with a record of 7-1. Basis Independent Silicon Valley won 31-24 in their recent non-league challenge against University Prep Academy (San Jose, CA)
Next up, the Eagles play the Palo Alto Vikings (Palo Alto, CA) in a challenge, on Thursday, January 25. Los Altos will attempt to upgrade on its 9-10 season record. The Vikings come into the challenge with a 12-7 record after their 69-53 league win over Wilcox (Santa Clara, CA).
