Maine High School Basketball - Forest Hills can't hold off Temple Academy
January 23, 2025: Waterville, ME 04901 The Temple Academy Bereans nipped the visiting Forest Hills Tigers basketball squad by a final score of 48-41 in Thursday's league outing.
Next, the Bereans face the Wiscasset Wolverines (Wiscasset, ME) in a D South outing, on Monday, January 27. Temple Academy will attempt to upgrade on its 5-9 season record. The Wolverines enter the outing with a 7-4 record after their 56-40 non-league loss to Carrabec (North Anson, ME).
The Tigers (6-9) will now prepare for their outing against Islesboro Central (Islesboro, ME). The Eagles enter the D South outing with a 5-7 record. In their last outing, Islesboro Central was nipped by Richmond (Richmond, ME), 57-45, in a non-league outing.
