The Fort Bend Kempner Cougars basketball squad (Sugar Land, TX), was outscored 47-31 in Thursday's league battle with the visiting Fort Bend Marshall Buffalos (Missouri City, TX)

With the victory, Fort Bend Marshall advances its record to 27-2 on the year. The Buffalos host Randle (Richmond, TX) to meet the Lions in a 5A Region III District 22 bout on Friday, January 24.
