In Thursday's league contest, the visiting Lafayette County Cougars basketball team scored a good 65-51 triumph over the Strong Bulldogs.

The Cougars (13-5) will now prepare for their contest against Bradley (Bradley, AR). The Bears go into the 1A Region 8 contest with a 3-13 record.
