Wisconsin High School Basketball - Necedah can't hold off Wonewoc-Center
January 23, 2025: Necedah, WI 54646 Wonewoc-Center Wolves (Wonewoc, WI) supporters left the game happy Thursday as they witnessed their basketball squad hold off the host Necedah Cardinals (Necedah, WI), 41-37 in a league match.
With the victory, Wonewoc-Center advances its record to 3-11 on the year. The Wolves travel to Pittsville (Pittsville, WI) to face the Panthers in a non-league match on Monday, January 27. The Panthers enter the match with a record of 5-6.
The Cardinals now own a 1-12 record. They put it on the line next when they host Bangor for a Scenic Bluffs match on Tuesday, January 28.
