Indiana High School Basketball - Edgewood toppled by Cascade

Cascade Cadets (Clayton, IN) boosters left the game satisfied Thursday as they witnessed their basketball squad notch a victory over the host Edgewood Mustangs (Ellettsville, IN), 38-21 in a non-league match.

With the victory, Cascade upgrades its record to 9-10 on the year. The Cadets host Greencastle (Greencastle, IN) to face the Tiger Cubs in a non-league match on Saturday, January 25. The Tiger Cubs enter the match with a record of 7-14. Greencastle lost 59-56 in their recent league match against North Putnam (Roachdale, IN)

The Mustangs now sport a 11-8 record. They put it on the line next when they host Bloomington North for a non-league match on Tuesday, January 28. Edgewood will face a Cougars squad coming off a 56-47 league loss to Columbus North (Columbus, IN). The Cougars record now stands at 10-11.
