The Gateway Olympians basketball squad (Aurora, CO), was crushed 62-13 in Thursday's league battle with the host Skyview Wolverines (Thornton, CO)

With the victory, Skyview advances its record to 9-4 on the year. The Wolverines travel to Pueblo East (Pueblo, CO) to meet the Eagles in a non-league battle on Saturday, January 25. The Eagles enter the battle with a record of 8-3. Pueblo East won 90-9 in their recent league battle against Pueblo South (Pueblo, CO)

The Olympians now own a 4-9 record. They put it on the line next when they host Adams City for a 5A/4A Colorado battle on Tuesday, January 28. Gateway will meet a Eagles squad coming off a 37-21 league loss to Aurora Central (Aurora, CO). The Eagles record now stands at 3-12.
