In Thursday's league contest, the visiting Sterling Silver Knights basketball team scored a good 52-36 triumph over the Gloucester City Lions.

The Silver Knights (9-6) will now prepare for their contest against Woodbury (Woodbury, NJ). The Thundering Herd go into the Colonial contest with a 3-8 record.

In their next game, the Lions battle the Schalick Cougars (Pittsgrove, NJ) in a non-league contest, on Monday, January 27. Gloucester City will attempt to better on its 8-4 season record.
