North Carolina High School Basketball - Central Cabarrus holds off Carson
January 23, 2025: Concord, NC 28025 In Thursday's non-league contest, the host Central Cabarrus Vikings basketball team scored a close 51-46 triumph over the Carson Cougars.
The Vikings (6-3) will now prepare for their contest against East Rowan (Salisbury, NC). The Mustangs go into the non-league contest with a 4-7 record.
In their next game, the Cougars confront the West Rowan Falcons (Mt. Ulla, NC) in a non-league contest, on Friday, January 24. Carson will attempt to better on its 2-10 season record. The Falcons go into the contest with a 1-7 record after their 37-35 non-league win over Mount Pleasant (Mt. Pleasant, NC).
