The crowd at Thursday's non-league challenge between the Pineapple Cove Classical Academy Patriots (Palm Bay, FL) and the host Morningside Academy Eagles (Port St. Lucie, FL), observed Pineapple Cove Classical Academy's basketball team overcome Morningside Academy by a score of 37-28.

The Patriots (8-2) will now prepare for their challenge against St. Edward's (Vero Beach, FL). The Pirates come into the non-league challenge with a 6-6 record.

In their next game, the Eagles battle the Melbourne Central Catholic Hustlers (Melbourne, FL) in a non-league challenge, on Saturday, January 25.
