January 23, 2025: Los Angeles, CA 90022 Garfield Bulldogs (Los Angeles, CA) boosters exited the stadium thrilled Thursday as they witnessed their soccer team get by the visiting Huntington Park Spartans (Huntington Park, CA), 1-0 in a league test.
With the triumph, Garfield moves its record to 4-2 on the campaign. The Bulldogs travel to Bell (Bell, CA) to clash with the Eagles in a test on Friday, January 24. The Eagles come into the test with a record of 1-5. Bell won 9-0 in their recent league test against Roosevelt (Los Angeles, CA)
The Spartans now sport a 1-5 record. They take the field next when they travel to South Gate for a test on Wednesday, January 29. Huntington Park will clash with a Rams team coming off a 3-0 league win over Legacy (South Gate, CA). The Rams record now stands at 8-3.
