The Ripon Indians basketball squad (Ripon, CA), was nudged 46-39 in Friday's league battle with the visiting Hilmar Yellowjackets (Hilmar, CA)

With the victory, Hilmar advances its record to 13-9 on the season. The Yellowjackets travel to Ripon Christian (Ripon, CA) to meet the Knights in a Trans Valley League match on Wednesday, January 28. The Knights enter the match with a record of 12-9. Ripon Christian won 63-61 in their recent league match against Sonora (Sonora, CA)

The Indians now own a 6-16 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Hughson for a Trans Valley League contest on Wednesday, January 28. Ripon will battle a Huskies team coming off a 61-46 league win over Hilmar (Hilmar, CA). The Huskies record now stands at 10-12.
