January 24, 2022: Sylmar, CA 91342 Fans at Monday's non-league contest between the Triumph Charter Jaguars (Sylmar, CA) and the visiting Sun Valley Magnet Pioneers (Sun Valley, CA), saw Triumph Charter's basketball team gain a win over Sun Valley Magnet by a score of 41-22.
The Jaguars now sport a 3-6 record. They put it on the line next when they host North Valley Military Institute for a North Valley contest on Friday, January 28. Triumph Charter will battle a Hawks team coming off a 28-25 league loss to Community Charter (Lakeview Terrace, CA). The Hawks record now stands at 0-9.
The Pioneers (2-3) will now prepare for their contest against Alliance Marine-Innovation & Technology (Sun Valley, CA). The Griffins come into the Central Valley contest with a 4-1 record. In their last contest, Alliance Marine-Innovation & Technology prevailed over Valor Academy (Van Nuys, CA), 23-10, in a league contest.
