California High School Basketball - Triumph Charter routs Lake Balboa College Prep
January 31, 2022: Lake Balboa, CA 91406 In Monday's non-league outing, the Triumph Charter Jaguars (Sylmar, CA) basketball squad overwhelmed the host Lake Balboa College Prep Cougars (Lake Balboa, CA), by a count of 43-13.
The Jaguars (5-6) will now prepare for their outing against Community Charter (Lakeview Terrace, CA). The Titans go into the North Valley outing with a 7-2 record. In their last outing, Community Charter was crushed by Larchmont Charter (West Hollywood, CA), 49-30, in a non-league outing.
The Cougars now hold a 1-10 record. They play next when they host Alliance Marine-Innovation & Technology for a Central Valley outing on Wednesday, February 2. Lake Balboa College Prep will clash with a Griffins squad coming off a 22-16 league win over Sun Valley Magnet (Sun Valley, CA). The Griffins record now stands at 5-1.
