The Central Knights basketball team scored 86 points and held the host Classical Purples to 44 in the Knights non-league triumph on Monday.

The Knights now sport a 9-3 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Bishop Hendricken for a non-league contest on Wednesday, January 26.

The Purples (0-2) will now prepare for their contest against Portsmouth (Portsmouth, RI). The Patriots enter the non-league contest with a 1-0 record.
