January 24, 2023: El Paso, TX 79924 Fans at Tuesday's league challenge between the Andress Eagles (El Paso, TX) and the visiting El Paso Tigers (El Paso, TX), saw Andress's basketball squad knock off El Paso by a count of 68-55.
With the victory, Andress upgrades its record to 14-12 on the campaign. The Eagles host Canutillo (Canutillo, TX) to play the Eagles in a 5A Region I District 1 challenge on Friday, January 27. The Eagles come into the challenge with a record of 15-11. Canutillo won 41-27 in their recent league challenge against Burges (El Paso, TX)
Next up, the Tigers play the Jefferson Silver Foxes (El Paso, TX) in a 5A Region I District 1 challenge, on Friday, January 27. El Paso will attempt to upgrade on its 8-17 season record. The Silver Foxes come into the challenge with a 0-23 record after their 79-19 league loss to Chapin (El Paso, TX).
