The North Scott Lancers basketball team scored 54 points and held the visiting Central Clinton Sabers to 45 in the Lancers league triumph on Tuesday.

The Lancers now sport a 11-3 record. They put it on the line next when they host Davenport Central for a Mississippi contest on Friday, January 27. North Scott will battle a Blue Devils team coming off a 77-68 league loss to Davenport West (Davenport, IA). The Blue Devils record now stands at 7-6.

The Sabers (4-9) will now prepare for their contest against Bettendorf (Bettendorf, IA). The Bulldogs enter the non-league contest with a 12-4 record. In their last contest, Bettendorf ran past Pleasant Valley (Pleasant Valley, IA), 41-35, in a league contest.
