Connecticut High School Basketball - Old Lyme tops East Hampton
January 24, 2023: Old Lyme, CT 06371 Fans at Tuesday's league challenge between the Old Lyme Wildcats (Old Lyme, CT) and the visiting East Hampton Bellringers (East Hampton, CT), saw Old Lyme's basketball squad knock off East Hampton by a count of 77-62.
With the victory, Old Lyme upgrades its record to 4-7 on the campaign. The Wildcats travel to North Branford (North Branford, CT) to play the Thunderbirds in a Shoreline challenge on Friday, January 27. The Thunderbirds come into the challenge with a record of 4-10. North Branford lost 77-45 in their recent league challenge against Portland (Portland, CT)
Next up, the Bellringers play the Westbrook Knights (Westbrook, CT) in a Shoreline challenge, on Friday, January 27. East Hampton will attempt to upgrade on its 6-5 season record. The Knights come into the challenge with a 0-14 record after their 52-38 league loss to Morgan (Clinton, CT).
