The Elgin Academy Hilltoppers basketball team (Elgin, IL), was nudged 52-46 in Tuesday's league battle with the visiting Francis W. Parker Colonels (Chicago, IL)

The Colonels now possess a 13-8 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Latin for a Independent School battle on Friday, January 27.

The Hilltoppers (11-12) will now prepare for their battle against Morgan Park Academy (Chicago, IL). The Warriors come into the Independent School battle with a 4-13 record.
