Maryland High School Basketball - Frederick holds off North Hagerstown
January 24, 2023: Hagerstown, MD 21742 Fans at Tuesday's league challenge between the Frederick Cadets (Frederick, MD) and the host North Hagerstown Hubs (Hagerstown, MD), saw Frederick's basketball squad hold off North Hagerstown by a tally of 68-64.
With the victory, Frederick improves its record to 15-0 on the campaign. The Cadets host Goretti (Hagerstown, MD) to confront the Gael in a non-league challenge on Friday, January 27. The Gael come into the challenge with a record of 20-3. Goretti won 85-77 in their recent league challenge against St. Frances Academy (Baltimore, MD)
Next up, the Hubs confront the Governor Thomas Johnson Patriots (Frederick, MD) in a CMC challenge, on Thursday, January 26. North Hagerstown will attempt to improve on its 6-8 season record. The Patriots come into the challenge with a 5-6 record after their 55-43 league loss to Walkersville (Walkersville, MD).
