Pennsylvania High School Basketball - Norristown can't hold off Methacton
January 24, 2023: Norristown, PA 19403 The Methacton Warriors basketball team scored 82 points and held the visiting Norristown Eagles to 75 in the Warriors league triumph on Tuesday.
The Warriors now sport a 12-6 record. They put it on the line next when they host Spring-Ford for a Pioneer - Liberty contest on Tuesday, January 31. Methacton will battle a Rams team coming off a 66-58 league win over Boyertown (Boyertown, PA). The Rams record now stands at 20-1.
The Eagles (10-9) will now prepare for their contest against Perkiomen Valley (Collegeville, PA). The Vikings enter the Pioneer - Liberty contest with a 12-7 record. In their last contest, Perkiomen Valley was nudged by Boyertown (Boyertown, PA), 46-44, in a league contest.
