Massachusetts High School Basketball - Wellesley overwhelms Milton
January 24, 2023: Wellesley, MA 02481 Fans at Tuesday's league challenge between the Wellesley Raiders (Wellesley, MA) and the visiting Milton Wildcats (Milton, MA), saw Wellesley's basketball squad wallop Milton by a tally of 56-34.
With the victory, Wellesley improves its record to 8-3 on the campaign. The Raiders host Needham (Needham, MA) to play the Rockets in a Bay State - Herget challenge on Friday, January 27. The Rockets come into the challenge with a record of 9-1. Needham won 60-16 in their recent non-league challenge against Framingham (Framingham, MA)
Next up, the Wildcats play the Brookline Warriors (Brookline, MA) in a non-league challenge, on Friday, January 27. Milton will attempt to improve on its 0-11 season record. The Warriors come into the challenge with a 6-6 record after their 62-61 non-league loss to Walpole (Walpole, MA).
