Ridgefield Memorial Royals (Ridgefield, NJ) backers were in high spirits Tuesday as they witnessed their basketball squad thwart the host New Milford Knights (New Milford, NJ), 42-29 in a league bout.

With the win, Ridgefield Memorial upgrades its record to 6-7 on the season. The Royals travel to Cliffside Park (Cliffside Park, NJ) to clash with the Raiders in a non-league bout on Thursday, January 26. The Raiders go into the bout with a record of 4-8. Cliffside Park won 51-45 in their recent non-league bout against Brearley (Kenilworth, NJ)

Next up, the Knights clash with the Saddle Brook Falcons (Saddle Brook, NJ) in a non-league bout, on Friday, January 27. New Milford will attempt to upgrade on its 6-10 season record.
