With the victory, Praise Academy upgrades its record to 8-10 on the campaign. The Lions host Excel Christian Academy (Cartersville, GA) to play the Eagles in a GAPPS - I-AA Region 1 bout on Friday, January 27. The Eagles come into the bout with a record of 12-8. Excel Christian Academy won 67-62 in their recent league bout against Shiloh Hills Christian (Kennesaw, GA)
Next up, the Eagles play the CrossPointe Christian Academy Cavaliers (Williamson, GA) in a GAPPS - I-A Region 1 bout, on Thursday, January 26. The Grace Christian Academy will attempt to upgrade on its 1-11 season record. The Cavaliers come into the bout with a 6-6 record after their 52-47 league win over Hearts Academy (Powder Springs, GA).
