New York High School Basketball - Schuylerville overwhelms Ticonderoga
January 24, 2023: Schuylerville, NY 12871 Fans at Tuesday's non-league challenge between the Schuylerville Horses (Schuylerville, NY) and the visiting Ticonderoga Sentinels (Ticonderoga, NY), saw Schuylerville's basketball squad wallop Ticonderoga by a tally of 57-22.
With the victory, Schuylerville improves its record to 10-4 on the campaign. The Horses host Glens Falls (Glens Falls, NY) to confront the Indians in a Section 2 Foothills challenge on Friday, January 27. The Indians come into the challenge with a record of 10-4. Glens Falls won 64-49 in their recent non-league challenge against Cohoes (Cohoes, NY)
Next up, the Sentinels confront the Moriah Vikings (Port Henry, NY) in a Section 7 Champlain Valley I challenge, on Friday, January 27. Ticonderoga will attempt to improve on its 2-11 season record. The Vikings come into the challenge with a 11-0 record after their 96-50 non-league win over Northeastern Clinton (Champlain, NY).
