Iowa High School Basketball - Unity Christian over South O'Brien
January 24, 2023: Orange City, IA 51041 Spectators at Tuesday's league test between the Unity Christian Knights (Orange City, IA) and the visiting South O'Brien Wolverines (Paullina, IA), witnessed Unity Christian's basketball squad beat South O'Brien by a margin of 69-57.
The Knights (7-8) will now prepare for their test against MOC-Floyd Valley (Orange City, IA). The Dutchmen go into the non-league test with a 12-3 record. In their last test, MOC-Floyd Valley thwarted West Lyon (Inwood, IA), 75-68, in a league test.
The Wolverines now own a 9-5 record. They play next when they travel to Gehlen Catholic for a War Eagle test on Friday, January 27. South O'Brien will encounter a Jays squad coming off a 85-48 non-league loss to Western Christian (Hull, IA). The Jays record now stands at 11-5.
