In Tuesday's league match, the host Agua Fria Owls basketball team scored a good 38-26 triumph over the Goldwater Bulldogs.

In their next game, the Owls meet the Deer Valley Skyhawks (Glendale, AZ) in a 4A West Valley match, on Thursday, January 26. Agua Fria will attempt to move on its 15-8 season record. The Skyhawks enter the match with a 12-6 record after their 44-40 league win over Estrella Foothills (Goodyear, AZ).
