January 24, 2023: Grand Rapids, MI 49525 Belding Black Knights (Belding, MI) backers were in high spirits Tuesday as they witnessed their basketball squad tip the host NorthPointe Christian Mustangs (Grand Rapids, MI), 45-44 in a league bout.
With the win, Belding upgrades its record to 10-3 on the season. The Black Knights travel to Hopkins (Hopkins, MI) to clash with the Vikings in a Ottawa-Kent - Silver bout on Friday, January 27. The Vikings go into the bout with a record of 10-3. Hopkins won 48-39 in their recent non-league bout against Comstock Park (Comstock Park, MI)
Next up, the Mustangs clash with the Calvin Christian Squires (Grandville, MI) in a Ottawa-Kent - Silver bout, on Friday, January 27. NorthPointe Christian will attempt to upgrade on its 7-5 season record. The Squires go into the bout with a 10-3 record after their 56-11 league win over Kelloggsville (Wyoming, MI).
