Connecticut High School Basketball - St. Joseph tops Danbury
January 24, 2023: Danbury, CT 06811 St. Joseph Cadets (Trumbull, CT) backers were pleased Tuesday as they saw their basketball squad knock off the host Danbury Hatters (Danbury, CT), 58-45 in a league bout.
With the victory, St. Joseph upgrades its record to 11-2 on the campaign. The Cadets travel to Wilton (Wilton, CT) to play the Warriors in a Fairfield County bout on Friday, January 27. The Warriors come into the bout with a record of 4-9. Wilton lost 50-39 in their recent league bout against Stamford (Stamford, CT)
Next up, the Hatters play the Ridgefield Tigers (Ridgefield, CT) in a Fairfield County bout, on Saturday, January 28. Danbury will attempt to upgrade on its 5-7 season record. The Tigers come into the bout with a 8-4 record after their 50-45 league loss to New Canaan (New Canaan, CT).
