Thrall Tigers (Thrall, TX) backers were in high spirits Tuesday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the host Granger Lions (Granger, TX), 66-24 in a league bout.

With the win, Thrall upgrades its record to 18-9 on the season. The Tigers travel to Bartlett (Bartlett, TX) to play the Bulldogs in a 2A Region IV District 27 bout on Friday, January 27. The Bulldogs go into the bout with a record of 6-14. Bartlett lost 46-26 in their recent league bout against Milano (Milano, TX)

Next up, the Lions play the Thorndale Bulldogs (Thorndale, TX) in a 2A Region IV District 27 bout, on Friday, January 27. Granger will attempt to upgrade on its 4-15 season record. The Bulldogs go into the bout with a 11-7 record after their 43-27 league loss to Thrall (Thrall, TX).
